We have implemented specialized procedures for increasing of the contact rate and parallel updating of the customers’ data base. By the reason of the specifics of this kind of activity in collection campaigns work only excellently trained agents. The highest efficiency and best results in collection campaigns over the phone can be achieved in the so called “soft collection” i.e. collection of outstanding payments not later than 90 days. Furthermore, we participate in campaigns with a longer period of delay in the phase of so-called "hard collection". Based on the experience in this sphere of activity, we manage to achieve good efficiensy only through phone calls.
