Our assistance services are being developed in two main areas – Motor and Medical Assistance, both in Bulgaria and around the world.
The range of our call center services includes – management of inbound and outbound calls, customer/ client services, telemarketing campaigns and sales over the phone, arranging business meetings and appointments, reminder calls for payment dues, telephone surveys/ computer assisted telephone interviews, loyalty programs, mystery shopper researches, back office services and others.
